What qualifications does Bobbi Cruice have?

A.

Bobbi graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in 2009 and 2006 respectively. In her postgraduate training she completed a Certificate in Play Therapy in 2010 and now specialises in this modality. She worked as a School Counsellor and Family Counsellor for Centacare, Rockhampton, in 2010 to 2012 and received Clinical Supervision for her Clinical Practice in Play Therapy during this time. Bobbi is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society, an Associate Member of the Australian Play Therapists Association, an International Member of the Association of Play Therapy, USA, and she is a Registered Teacher.

In 1969 Bobbi completed her Certificate of Teaching and taught in both primary and secondary schools in Brisbane, London and Rockhampton. Her passionate interest in children’s developmental growth opened up a career for her working with young people aged 5 to 25 years in play, drama and theatre for a period of 3 decades. In that time she was fortunate enough to work at the Central Queensland University and in many Central Queensland communities and schools as a tutor, lecturer, Artist in Residence and professional theatre director.

Bobbi is married with four children and one grandchild.
